<South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol Faces 58% Support for Impeachment, 51% Favor Opposition Leadership>

According to a recent survey conducted by Gallup Korea, 58% of respondents expressed support for the impeachment of President Yoon Suk-yeol, while 36% opposed it. Among undecided voters, the support for impeachment reached as high as 64%.
Additionally, when asked about the upcoming election, 39% of respondents believed it would be better for the ruling party candidate to win, while 51% preferred an opposition candidate. In terms of party support, the Democratic Party of Korea garnered 40%, while the People Power Party received 36%.
In a poll on preferred future political leaders, Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party, received the highest support at 36%. He was followed by Kim Moon-soo, Minister of Employment and Labor, at 9%, with former People Power Party leader Han Dong-hoon and Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon each receiving 4%. The survey was conducted between March 18 and 20, with a response rate of 13.1%.
